Basic Meditation Course
In the 3-part basic course you will embark on a journey of discovery into your body and mind.
- You will learn different forms of meditation, sitting postures, mudras and breathing techniques.
- You learn to consciously direct your perception and your breath.
- You will explore the 7 Pillars of Mindfulness and learn how to integrate the posture of mindfulness into your daily life.
- The course can be booked outdoor in the Schwantenau Einsiedeln, indoor in the studio or online via Zoom.

As an alternative to the basic course, individual meditation lessons can be booked via Zoom or 1to1 in the studio. The meditation lesson will be tailored to your needs.
